The LocumsMart Education Conference brings together Vendor and HCO Users alike in a unique, collaborative learning environment for two days of educational classes. Attendees will receive hands-on training from LocumsMart staff, learn strategies for eliminating busywork and saving time, and engage in discussions about how to improve the overall experience and value of locum tenens staffing for the entire LocumsMart Member Community. Experts in multiple fields relating to temporary staffing (recruiting, credentialing, billing, etc.) will conduct group education classes and lead small group breakout sessions.

  • Danielle Aschenbener, Franciscan Health – Danielle grew up in the Buckeye state in Seven Hills, OH. She joined Franciscan Physician Network in 2017 as a Physician and Provider Sourcing Specialist. She comes to Franciscan Physician Network with a well-rounded past recruiting in Domestic and International Higher Education, Fashion, and Healthcare. Danielle attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Communications and Advertising Management and attended graduate school at Argosy University. Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling within the U.S., Internationally and cooking. She relishes being a part of a cohesive team, where the end goal is to win, and placing the best physicians and advanced practice providers in their dream job. .
  • Patty Clark, BS, CPMSM, CPCS, Tenet Healthcare – Patty is visiting us from Hilton Head Hospital in Hilton Head, South Carolina. She has 30 years of experience with medical staff services in three different hospitals. She received a bachelor’s of science in organizational leadership from Wilmington University in 2010. She is a dual-certified member of the National Association of Medical Staff Services, including Certified Professional Medical Services Management and Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist.
  • Amanda Haugh, Franciscan Health – Amanda began her journey with Franciscan in 2002 working with the Foundation as the Director of Retail Operations and Director of Development. In 2012, Amanda joined Franciscan Physician Network as the Physician and Provider Liaison for Central Indiana and transitioned to the Manager of Physician and Provider Services in 2016. Amanda loves the diversity of her job, the ability to make and sustain long lasting relationships with the providers who care for our patients and families. In her personal life, she enjoys volunteering with the underserved and spending time with rescue animals. Amanda grew up on the Northside of Indianapolis, attended Marian University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
  • Sharee Selah, University of Maryland Medical Center – Sharee is Corporate Director of Physician Recruitment Services at University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), a multi-hospital system offering physicians a choice of locations—from urban to suburban and rural—as well as a choice of practice settings, including academic, teaching, and community. Sharee has served as President ~ Ex officio of MAPRA, the mid-Atlantic regional chapter of ASPR. Additionally, she is co-chair of ASPR’s Regional Chapter/Group Relations Committee. Prior to joining UMMS, Sharee had over 15 years of successful leadership experience in recruitment staffing and healthcare operations and management. She received an Executive MBA in 2006 from Loyola’s Sellinger School of Business and Management in Baltimore, Maryland.
  • Julia Overmann, Lutheran Health Network – Julia is a physician recruiter for Lutheran Health Network in Indiana. She has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration along with 15 years of combined experience in medical staff services, healthcare operations and provider recruitment. She has worked in three different health systems across the Midwest. Her favorite part of being a physician recruiter is directly impacting her community’s quality of healthcare. Her personal time is shared with her husband of 22 years and three daughters, ages 16, 14, and 10.
