Bob and I attended the CAPS conference last week in Hollywood East and Wrightsville Beach. It was the first time in four years that I attended the CAPS, and it was so great to be back! This chapter of recruiters is lots of fun and certainly unique.
The Sunday night mixer was a good first hour of networking with familiar faces. Afterwards, we all headed over to the Bluewater Grille for the vendor dinner. The food was good, company even better, and the piano player, Ruffin Keys, was amazing. We loved getting to hear Misty, Kendra and Bob sing! Wow—some talent that this group has!
Monday was a great day, with speakers and networking. The Hula-Palooza was a blast with a luau theme, blinking Hawaiian leis, and performing fire throwers (who were amazing even if they made me nervous at the same time!).
Congratulations to Pam for winning the $100 gift card, and big shout out to all of the board members who worked so hard in planning this event. Looking forward to finding the Live Band Karaoke for our superstar singers in Charleston next year.
